Egg & Pepper Slices With Spring Onion Basmati Rice.

 


What you will need :

Bell pepper ( any colour)
Spring onion
Egg
Black pepper
Olive oil
Basil

Warm up the pan with a bit of olive oil.

Cut up the bell pepper. I cut two thick slices out and took all the seeds out. I cooked the peppers on each side for a few minutes. Added the egg and cooked for around five minutes.

Seasoned with black pepper and basil & served with spring onion basmati rice.
